CONGOLESE FEDERATION OF SIGNS LANGUAGE INTEPRTERS
OFFICIAL OUTING OF FEDERATION
In September 27,2014 when The World are celebrating the International day of Deaf ,We Members' of Union Congolese Federation of Signs Language
Interpreters in acronym (FCILS) We choose this Day to be our Day of Official outing to show our Support and sympathy for all World deaf Community.
This federation takes place for favor of all Interpreters of Signs language from Different Associations
who work with Deaf in Democratic Republic of Congo, who are concerned for the breaking of all barriers between Deaf and Hearing People that is a main factor which bloc the Development and cause Discrimination
The Congolese Federation of Signs
Language Interpreters fixed some objectives as follow:
1. Encourage and professionalize the work of signs language Interpreter in Democratic Republic of Congo.
2. Facilitate in each echelon through professional interpretation the access to information
and the training of Deaf.
The sad reality in D.R Congo , we can not talk about a Deaf who have a level of Under Graduate or Graduate Grade or to do the work Advocate, Physician and so on.
Contrary in other Countries it is possible for Deaf for the
favor of Qualified and Skillful Interpreters.
3. Congolese Federation of Signs Language Interpreters in acronym (FCILS) fixed the priority to lead fight together with other associations which work with the Deaf to the official recognition of signs language
as a entire language.
We trust that with the God’s help, and the Authority support and all of you we will reach the bet.
TESTIMONY:
All local Authorities and social affairs department suite to the Lame, present in the
official outing ceremony, encourage and congratulate the Promoters of The Congolese Federation of Signs Language Interpreters, and all of the them wish to see this new federation of signs language to stand out more and more in concrete acts in the favor of
Deaf community, and work as professional in our Country.
Association Nationale des Sourds du Congo ANSCO en sigle(National Deaf Association of Congo) through their Deputy Mr.Tsidingi Molowa thanks the promoter of Congolese Federation of
Signs Language Interpreters and wish that the Association to have a narrow cooperation with them ,to the Deaf capacity reinforce and signs language in D.R Congo.

We are have happy to see Congolese Federation of signs Language Interpreters event , because since many year we had many problems of communication with hearers and our right defense to the Government Authorities, finally the coming of this federation is the
solution of this handicap.

Congolese Federation of signs Language Interpreters initiative is praiseworthy in sense it could allow Deaf to be considered in the society. Because both Deaf and Hearers
are able to see things in the same way.
